The Absolute DB database software runs entirely on your infrastructure. We have no access to data stored in your Absolute DB instances.
Licence key validation is the only network communication between a standard Absolute DB installation and our servers. During validation, only a hash of the licence key is transmitted — no database contents, schema information, query data, or personally identifiable information ever leaves your server.
Your data stays on your servers. Always. That is a design principle, not just a policy.
You may request early deletion of your personal data at any time. See section 6 below.
